IMPORTANT DISCLIAMERS: 

Madam Chino uses 100% reclaimed post-consumer T-shirt textiles.  Please read the following disclaimers before purchasing our products:

1)  To ensure authenticity, all items are finished with black thread, despite the color of the article.  

2)  T-shirts are hand chosen for color, cleanliness, and lack of graphics, as well as tactile quality.  However, not all shirts are graphic free, and not all colors are exactly alike.  

3)  Graphic T-shirts are reversed for unity of color and design, causing some variation:

    A) Reverse images may be partially visible through shirt exterior,

    B) Garments may include components of the pattern that may be the traditional back-side of the fabric or appear "inside-out" 

    C) Interior threads of the pre-existing coverhem may be visible on the exterior of the garment when fabrics are reversed.

4)  Colors are grouped together and minor variations in color will be present, even within the same garment.  Many of our more complex garments are reconstructed from components of T-shirts that have been deconstructed, sorted, and recomposed to create your special item.  That is part of how we stay zero-waste!

 

​PLACING ORDERS: 

All sales are made to order.  Please allow up to 1 week for individual creations, and 1 week for inspection and shipping, totaling 2 weeks tops!  All items should be chosen based on the color and size charts linked above, from the drop-down menus in the product listings when ordering.  Upon recieving your order we will contact you individually to confirm your order and address, as well as provide an expected delivery date.  Upon shipment we will provide you with a confirmation tracking number.



PAYMENT & SHIPPING:

Madam Chino accepts paypal.  To set up a paypal account go to www.paypal.com.  All shipments are made via USPS priority within the US and first class parcel international.   You will be contacted with an order confirmation and expected delivery date upon the order and address before shipment, and after shipping with delivery confirmation and estimated delivery time.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS: 

Please read through all of our size and color policies prior to placing an order.  Our products are created using post-consumer recycled materials and vary slightly in color and fiber content.  Design of fit is indicated by; proportions on product photos, fit in model photos, written descriptions, and measurements provided.  Please contact us if you have any trouble receiving your order.  Returns for neglecting to read our disclaimers are discouraged but we understand things happen.    

 

 

RECLAIM PROGRAM: 

In an effort to reduce waste, we offer a reclamation program.  Send us your ripped, torn or disintegrating Madam Chino garments and we will send you a new garment of your choice worth the original garments value with "free" shipping.  To redeem, send your original, worn-out Madam Chino garment plus a note indicating your shipping address, chosen replacement garment, and email address to:
